Whether you apply directly for a Pathways to Success Scholarship or a scholarship through one of our local matching partners, you will be included into our student support services network. • California State University of San Bernardino Foundation
The CSUSB Foundation offers financial support to students attending the main campus in San Bernardino or students attending the Palm Desert campus.
• College of the Desert Alumni Association
The College of the Desert Alumni Association makes available scholarships to students who are currently attending or are planning to attend COD.
• College of the Desert Foundation
The College of the Desert Foundation currently awards scholarships to students attending the COD main campus or satellite campuses throughout the Coachella Valley. Students are advised to check the COD Financial Aid Office scholarship database regularly for new scholarship listings.
Our Lady of Soledad Catholic Parish provides scholarship and student support to students attending OLS parish.
Palm Desert Rotary Club offers scholarship support to students at Palm Desert High School and students currently attending College of the Desert.
• Soroptimist International of Palm Springs
Soroptimist International of Palm Springs is a group of International Business Women who financially assist female students in the Coachella Valley.
• The Desert Healthcare District Foundation
The Desert Healthcare District Foundation provides scholarship assistance and student support services to Coachella Valley students who are pursuing a healthcare related college or university education at an accredited academic institution in the United States.
The Girlfriend Factor makes available “Our Girl Grants” to women pursuing higher education. The grants are designed for each recipient and will follow the student throughout her educational program.
• The Reynaldo Carreon Foundation
The Reynaldo Carreon Foundation provides financial support to youth of Mexican American heritage to improve their educational opportunities.
The Thermal Chamber of Commerce awards scholarship support to students living within the boundaries of Thermal, Mecca, Oasis and Vista Santa Rosa.
• University of California at Riverside Foundation
The University of California at Riverside Foundation awards financial support to students from the Coachella Valley attending or planning to attend UCR and who demonstrate financial need, academic excellence and leadership skills.
• Boys and Girls Clubs of Coachella Valley
The Boys and Girls Clubs is to save and enhance the livesof the young people of our community, especially those with economic and / or social needs, by offering a safe haven and meaningful youth development programs provided by a caring and qualified staff.
• Inland Empire Scholarship Fund
The Inland Empire Scholarship Fund's mission is to provide scholarships to low-income, high-achieving Latino students from throughout San Bernardino and Riverside counties to realize their goals through higher education.
• Women Leaders Forum
The Women Leaders Forum provides Coachella Valley high school girls with financial assistance for college, thus helping them to become future leaders. Since 2001, WLF has awarded nearly $100,000 in college scholarships.
• Finding Money for College
For years, Eve Marie Andrews has been teaching students how to find money for college. She has written the book "The Search for Scholarships" and is a counselor at College of the Desert. Her website and book provides detailed information on how to apply for scholarships including how to write your personal statement, how to ask for letters of recommendations, and what to do after you receive a scholarship.
